Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your access to and use of the DIVERR platform. By creating an account you agree to them in full.

Version 1.0 · Last updated 4 August 2026

1. Accounts and access codes

DIVERR is a closed platform. An account can only be created with a valid, unused access code:

  • Students use a 5-character code issued after the ₹500 one-time registration fee.
  • Owners use a 7-character code issued after the ₹76,899 annual membership payment.
  • Higher Officers use a 7-character invitation code generated by an Owner with an active membership.
  • Every code is single-use and permanently bound to the first account that redeems it.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

2. Roles and permissions

Owners administer their organisation, invite Higher Officers, and manage members. Higher Officers manage the students assigned to them. Students access training, tasks, meetings and certificates. Attempting to access data outside your role is a breach of these terms.

3. Memberships

Owner memberships run for 365 days from activation. When a membership expires or is suspended, the Owner and their Higher Officers move to read-only access; data is retained and unlocks on renewal.

4. Acceptable use

  • Do not share your account, access code, or course material outside your organisation.
  • Do not upload unlawful, infringing, harmful or misleading content.
  • Do not attempt to bypass permissions, probe the platform's security, or automate bulk requests.
  • Do not use DIVERR to send spam or unsolicited marketing to other members.

We may suspend or remove accounts that breach these rules, without refund.

5. Content and intellectual property

Courses, lessons and materials remain the property of their author or the organisation that published them. Work you submit remains yours, but you grant DIVERR and your organisation the right to store, display and review it for assessment purposes.

6. Availability and liability

We work to keep DIVERR available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DIVERR is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the preceding twelve months.

7. Termination

You may stop using DIVERR at any time and request account deletion. We may terminate access for breach of these terms, non-payment, or where required by law.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes are announced in-app and the version number below changes. Your continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
