Refund Policy
This policy explains when DIVERR fees can be refunded, how to request a refund, and which situations are non-refundable.
Version 1.0 · Last updated 4 August 2026
Student registration — ₹500
- Fully refundable if requested within 7 days of payment AND the access code has not been redeemed.
- Once the code is redeemed and an account is created, the fee is non-refundable — the code is permanently consumed.
- If we are unable to issue you a working code, you receive a full refund.
Owner membership — ₹76,899 per year
- Fully refundable within 7 days of activation if no Higher Officer has been invited and no course has been published.
- Between day 8 and day 30, a pro-rata refund of the unused period is available, minus a 10% administrative fee.
- After 30 days the membership is non-refundable for the remainder of the 365-day term.
- Renewals follow the same rules, counted from the renewal date.
Cancellation
You may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future renewal; it does not automatically trigger a refund of the current term. Access continues until the paid term ends, after which the account becomes read-only.
Non-refundable conditions
- An access code that has already been redeemed.
- Accounts suspended or terminated for breaching the Terms & Conditions.
- Change of mind after the applicable refund window has closed.
- Loss of access caused by sharing credentials or codes with another person.
- Third-party costs such as bank or payment-gateway charges.

- Include your full name, registered email, payment date, amount and access code (if issued).
- We acknowledge within 2 business days and decide within 7 business days.
- Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
